Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless marked Final Sale.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and included items must be returned

  • Footwear must be returned with the original box (do not ship shoes in the box alone—use protective packaging)

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, odor, stains, creasing beyond try-on, or damage after delivery

Exchanges

We currently offer:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability), or

  • A return for store credit/refund and you can place a new order.

Refund Method

Approved returns are processed as:

  • Refund to original payment method, or

  • Store credit (optional, if you prefer this standard)

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are customer-paid  unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue and packaging

We’ll make it right.
