Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless marked Final Sale.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, accessories, and included items must be returned

Footwear must be returned with the original box (do not ship shoes in the box alone—use protective packaging)
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and non-returnable:

Items showing signs of wear, odor, stains, creasing beyond try-on, or damage after delivery
Exchanges
We currently offer:

Size exchanges (subject to availability), or

A return for store credit/refund and you can place a new order.
Refund Method
Approved returns are processed as:

Refund to original payment method, or

Store credit (optional, if you prefer this standard)
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Return shipping costs are customer-paid unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
