Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us within same day of placing the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel.
Do you restock items?
Some items restock, but many are limited. Follow us on Instagram for restock updates.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship U.S. only.
How long does shipping take?
Processing is typically 1–2 business days for Ready to Ship items. Transit time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unworn/unused and in original condition (see Returns & Exchanges page).
Do you accept returns on sneakers?
Yes, as long as they’re unworn and returned in original packaging. Try-on indoors is fine.
