Interpretation

The words with their initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“You” means the individual accessing the Service, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing times 

All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method: FedEx Standard

Shipment cost: Free 

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Kenus and Garments ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Kenus Garments is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) 

Damages

Kenus and Garments is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. RETURNS

Unfortunately, we don’t offer you a refund or exchange in all situations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kindly note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to AL, United States.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
